APIs & Integrations

Make the tools you already pay for talk to each other. We connect your CRM, accounting, payments, and more so data flows automatically instead of getting re-typed.

When your tools don't talk, you pay for it

A new customer gets entered in the CRM, then again in the accounting app, then again in the scheduling tool. Every hand-off is a chance for a typo, a missed record, or two versions of the truth. That re-typing is quiet, constant, and expensive.

An integration makes the systems pass information to each other automatically. Enter it once, and it shows up everywhere it needs to, correctly.

  • Enter a customer or order once, not three times
  • Fewer typos and mismatched records across tools
  • Information that stays in sync without anyone copying it
  • Hours of manual data entry handed back to your team

What we connect

Most of the software you use has a way to connect to other software — an API. We use those connections to wire your tools together so they act like one system instead of a pile of separate logins.

If two tools you rely on don't share data today, there's a good chance we can make them.

  • CRM connected to your accounting and invoicing
  • Payments and checkout tied back to your records
  • Scheduling, email, or messaging linked to your workflow
  • Website leads dropped straight into your CRM
  • Data synced between apps that don't natively talk

Custom APIs when you need your own

Sometimes the connection you need doesn't exist yet, or you want other systems to be able to talk to yours. In that case we build the API itself — a clean, secure way for software to exchange data with your business on your terms.

We build with the tools' real capabilities and rules in mind, so the connections are reliable and hold up over time rather than breaking the first time something updates.

  • A custom API so other systems can connect to yours
  • Secure, controlled access to your own data
  • Connections built to be maintainable, not brittle
  • Clear documentation so it's not a black box

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect the specific tools I use?

Most likely — most popular business software offers a way to connect, and that's what we build on. Tell us which tools you're running in a free consultation and we'll check exactly what's possible before promising anything. If a connection isn't available, we'll say so plainly rather than fake it.

What if two tools I use don't offer a way to connect?

There's often still a path — a middle layer, a scheduled sync, or a small custom bridge between them. It's not always possible, and we won't pretend it is. We'll tell you honestly what can and can't be done, and what the realistic option is.

Will the integration break when one of the apps updates?

We build to each tool's documented rules to keep things stable, but any integration depends on outside software that can change. That's simply the nature of connecting systems you don't control. We build them to be maintainable, and we're available to adjust quickly if a provider changes something on their end.

Do I own the integration or the API you build?

Yes. Any custom connection or API we build for you is yours — the code and the access are under your control. You're not renting a bridge from us; you own it.
