AI that plugs into your stack

AI is only useful when it can reach your real information. An assistant that can't see your customer records or your product catalog is just a party trick.

We connect AI to the systems your business actually runs on — so it can read the right data, write back to the right place, and act where you need it, instead of living on its own island.

  • Connect AI to your CRM, email, calendar, store, and databases
  • Let it read from and write back to the systems you already trust
  • Bridge tools that were never designed to talk to each other
  • Work with the accounts and software you have — no rip-and-replace
  • Handle your data carefully, with access limited to what's needed

The connection work most skip

The flashy demo is easy. The part that makes AI actually reliable — clean connections, handling errors, keeping data in sync, not breaking when an app changes — is the part that takes real engineering. That's the part we do.

We've wired up our own platform this way: a CRM, a Stripe store with live checkout, quoting tools, and automated systems all talking to each other. The same care goes into yours.

  • Reliable connections that handle errors instead of silently failing
  • Data kept in sync between systems, not drifting apart
  • Secure access — the AI sees only what it needs to
  • Built to survive the apps on both ends getting updates

What we connect to

If it has a way to connect, we can usually reach it — the mainstream business tools, online stores, spreadsheets and databases, calendars and inboxes, and the custom or older systems that need a bridge built by hand.

  • Popular CRMs, help desks, and marketing tools
  • Online stores and payment systems like Stripe
  • Spreadsheets, databases, and internal files
  • Custom or legacy software that needs a purpose-built bridge

Frequently asked questions

Will this work with the specific tools I already use?

Most mainstream business tools have a supported way to connect, and we can usually bridge the ones that don't. Tell us what you run in a free consultation and we'll confirm what's straightforward, what takes custom work, and what isn't worth it.

Is my data safe when I connect these systems?

We limit the AI's access to only what a task needs, keep credentials secured, and prefer setups that don't expose sensitive information unnecessarily. Handling business data carefully is a requirement of the job, not an add-on.

What if one of my apps doesn't have an easy connection?

Then we build the bridge by hand. Older and custom systems often need a purpose-built connection, and that's ordinary work for us — we've done it across our own platform. We'll tell you upfront whether a connection is simple or a bigger lift.

Do you build the AI too, or only connect it?

Both. Integration is often one piece of a larger build — the assistant, automation, or agent plus the wiring that makes it useful. We can do the whole thing, or just the connection layer if you already have the rest.
