The short version
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party embedded scripts, and no consent banner appears because nothing tracks you as you browse. The only information the site receives is what someone types into the contact form and submits deliberately — and when they do, that request is delivered through the form service named below.
That will change if analytics is added later, and this page will be updated before it is, along with whatever consent mechanism is appropriate at that point.
What the contact form collects
The contact form collects the information entered into it — typically a name, a way to reply, a location, and a description of the project. It is used to respond to the enquiry and to scope the work described.
- Submitted contact details and project description
- Basic technical request data such as timestamp, used for rate limiting against automated submissions
- No tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or cross-site profiling
- No sale or sharing of submitted information with third parties for marketing
How submissions are handled
Submissions are validated on the server before being accepted, and the endpoint applies rate limiting and a honeypot check to reduce automated abuse. Submission content is not written into application logs in a form that would expose it.
When you submit, your request is delivered to EVOTECH by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that relays the message to the business, and a copy is recorded in EVOTECH's own customer record system so the team can follow up. Web3Forms receives the details only to deliver them; the information is not used for advertising and is not sold or handed to an email-marketing platform.
Third parties and future changes
No advertising or analytics scripts run on these pages. The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, named and described in "How submissions are handled" above; that is the only outside service involved in a submission. If analytics, a scheduling tool, or a chat widget is introduced later, this policy will be updated to name the provider and describe what it receives before that service goes live. Contact details for privacy enquiries require owner confirmation and are not published yet.
Frequently asked questions
Does this site use cookies?
No tracking or advertising cookies are set. There is no analytics platform, advertising pixel, or embedded third-party service running, which is why no consent banner appears — there is nothing to obtain consent for.
What happens to the details submitted through the form?
They are used to reply to the enquiry and scope the work described. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or passed to a third-party platform, because the form is not connected to one.
