Make Salesforce talk to the rest of your stack

Salesforce is often the system of record for sales, but the data it needs, and the data it produces, lives in other places too: your product, your billing, your support tool, your database. We build the connections so records flow both ways instead of sitting in a silo people export from every Monday.

  • Two-way sync of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Push product, usage, and billing data from your app into Salesforce
  • Pull Salesforce data into your database, dashboards, or app
  • Field mapping between Salesforce objects and your data model
  • Deduplication and matching to avoid duplicate records

The right integration method for the job

Salesforce offers several ways in, and the best one depends on volume and timing. We choose deliberately: real-time APIs for immediate updates, the Bulk API for large loads, or platform events and outbound messages when Salesforce should notify your system of a change.

  • REST and SOAP APIs for standard record operations
  • Bulk API for large data loads without hitting limits
  • Platform events and outbound messages for Salesforce-triggered syncs
  • Respect for Salesforce API limits with batching and backoff
  • Optional Apex or custom objects where standard config falls short

Reliable and observable

Salesforce integrations break quietly when a field changes or an API limit is hit. We build in error handling, retries, and a log so you can see what synced and catch problems early, with authentication through the approved OAuth connected-app flow.

  • OAuth connected-app authentication with token refresh
  • Retries and queuing that respect API rate limits
  • Sync logs and alerts when records fail
  • Sandbox development before touching your production org
  • Documentation of objects, fields, and sync rules

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a specific Salesforce edition or API access?

API access is the main requirement, and it's included in most editions teams use for integrations, though some lower tiers restrict it. We'll check your edition and API limits early so there are no surprises, and design the integration to stay within them.

Can you build inside Salesforce, or only connect to it?

Both, depending on need. A lot of the work is connecting Salesforce to outside systems through its APIs. When the logic belongs inside Salesforce, custom objects, flows, or Apex can be part of the solution. We recommend keeping as much as possible in configuration and using code only where it's warranted.

Will this interfere with our Salesforce admin's setup?

We work with your admin, not around them. We develop against a sandbox, agree on field mappings and objects up front, and hand over documentation, so your admin stays in control of the org and knows exactly what the integration touches.
