If one does what you need, use it, and we'll say so. Custom work is for when no app covers your case, when you're chaining several apps to fake one workflow, or when you need Shopify tied to your own back-end systems. We build the connections the marketplace doesn't offer.
Do you build Shopify themes or storefronts too?
This page is about API and data integration, connecting Shopify to other systems. Storefront and theme work is a different kind of project. If you need both, bring it up in the consultation and we'll scope the whole thing.
Will a custom integration slow our store down?
