Modernize, rebuild, or replatform — and how we decide

Not every legacy app needs a full rewrite. Sometimes the right move is a targeted modernization: update dependencies, fix the OS-compatibility issues, and refactor the worst parts. Other times the underlying stack is a dead end and a rebuild on a modern cross-platform framework is genuinely cheaper over time. Often the smart path is to keep the proven business logic and rebuild the shell around it.

We assess honestly. A rewrite is a big commitment, and we won't recommend one where a smaller intervention gets you a supportable app. The goal is the lowest-risk path to something maintainable, not the biggest project.
