Wholesale & Bulk Ordering Portals

We build a dedicated, password-protected ordering portal for your wholesale buyers — their pricing, their catalog, fast reordering — kept entirely separate from your public retail site.

A private storefront just for your buyers

A wholesale portal is different from a full B2B platform: it's a focused, gated space where approved buyers log in, see wholesale pricing, and place bulk orders without your retail customers ever seeing those numbers. It's the fastest way to move wholesale ordering off spreadsheets, email, and PDFs.

We build the login, the approval gate, and the catalog so only vetted accounts get in, and each one sees what applies to them.

  • Gated login so wholesale pricing is never visible to the public
  • Application + approval flow for new wholesale accounts
  • Line-sheet-style catalog with case packs and minimums
  • Per-account or per-tier pricing and payment terms
  • Downloadable order confirmations and invoices

Built for how buyers actually reorder

Wholesale buyers place large, repetitive orders and value speed over browsing. The portal should let them punch in quantities across a whole catalog on one screen and repeat a past order in seconds.

We optimize the ordering experience for volume, not for discovery.

  • Grid/matrix ordering — enter quantities across sizes or variants at once
  • Bulk reorder from history and saved order templates
  • CSV/quick-order by SKU for buyers who order from a list
  • Real-time stock and expected restock dates
  • Minimum-order enforcement and order-total thresholds for free freight

Frequently asked questions

Is a wholesale portal different from full B2B e-commerce?

It's a focused subset. A wholesale portal is the gated ordering room — approved buyers, private pricing, fast bulk ordering. Full B2B adds things like multi-user approval chains, net-terms credit, and multi-location shipping. Many businesses start with a portal and grow into the rest. We'll size it to where you are now.

Can it live on the same platform as my retail store?

Usually yes. Shopify and WooCommerce can host a locked wholesale area alongside your public store, sharing one product catalog and inventory count so you don't maintain two systems. If your wholesale operation is very large or very different, a separate portal can make sense — we'll recommend based on your catalog and volume.

How do buyers get access?

We build an application form where prospective buyers request an account, you review and approve (checking their resale certificate or business details), and approval unlocks their login and pricing. You control who gets in, and approvals can be manual or partly automated depending on how much vetting you want to do.
