Amazon & Multichannel Integration

We connect your store to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart so you sell everywhere from one product catalog and one inventory count — instead of updating each marketplace by hand and overselling.

One catalog, every channel

The point of multichannel isn't just being on Amazon — it's not having to maintain Amazon separately. When your storefront is the master and the marketplaces sync to it, a price change or a sale updates everywhere automatically, and you stop selling the last unit twice.

We set up the integration so your product data and stock flow out to each marketplace and orders flow back into one place.

  • Sync Shopify/WooCommerce products out to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • One shared inventory count so a sale on any channel updates all of them
  • Orders from every marketplace pulled into one dashboard for fulfillment
  • Price and content updates pushed from your master catalog
  • Per-channel pricing rules if you want different margins per marketplace

Handling each marketplace's rules

Marketplaces are not interchangeable. Amazon has its own category requirements, listing quality rules, and the FBA vs. merchant-fulfilled distinction; eBay and Walmart each have their own quirks. A naive 'push everything everywhere' sync gets listings suppressed.

We map your catalog to each marketplace's requirements so listings actually go live and stay healthy.

  • Category, attribute, and identifier (UPC/GTIN) mapping per marketplace
  • Amazon FBA vs. FBM handling, including inventory sourced from Amazon fulfillment
  • Listing-quality fields (images, bullet points, specifics) mapped correctly
  • Fulfillment and tracking sync back to each marketplace to protect your seller metrics
  • Buffer/threshold rules so marketplace sync lag never causes an oversell

Frequently asked questions

Do you build the integration or use an existing connector?

Usually we configure a proven integration tool (there are solid connectors for Shopify-to-Amazon and multichannel sync) because they already handle the marketplaces' shifting APIs and rules. Custom code is reserved for unusual catalogs or workflows. Using the right existing tool is cheaper and more reliable, and we'll recommend it when it fits.

Which should be my 'master' — my store or Amazon?

In almost every case your own store should be the master catalog and inventory source, with marketplaces syncing to it, because you own that platform and it's the one place all channels can agree on. There are exceptions if the bulk of your fulfillment runs through Amazon FBA. We'll set the direction of sync based on where your inventory physically lives.

Will this stop me from overselling across channels?

That's the main reason to do it — a shared inventory count means one sale decrements stock everywhere. We build in safety buffers because no marketplace updates are truly instant, so during that small sync window fast-moving items still can't oversell. It dramatically reduces oversells; we design it to be safe rather than promising it can never happen.
