Pricing and terms that match real accounts
B2B buyers don't all pay the same price, and they rarely pay with a credit card at checkout. Your best account has negotiated pricing and 30-day terms; a new one doesn't. A consumer store can't express any of that, which is why B2B on a retail template always fights the platform.
We build pricing and payment logic around the account, so each customer sees their own prices and their own approved payment options.
- Customer-specific and tiered price lists (per account or per group)
- Net terms / invoice / purchase-order payment alongside card and ACH
- Volume and quantity-break pricing that updates in the cart
- Minimum order quantities and case-pack ordering
- Tax exemption / resale-certificate handling for qualified buyers
Account-based ordering and workflow
A business account isn't one person — it's a buyer, an approver, and sometimes several locations. And most reorders are just last month's order again. The store should make that fast, not make them rebuild a 40-line cart every time.
We build the multi-user, multi-location structures and reordering tools that serious buyers expect.
- Company accounts with multiple users and roles (buyer vs. approver)
- Approval workflows and spending limits for larger organizations
- Fast reorder from order history, saved lists, and CSV/bulk-quantity entry
- Quote requests and negotiated-cart approval for non-standard orders
- Ship-to multiple locations from one account

Frequently asked questions
Can I run B2B and B2C from the same store?
Often yes. Platforms like Shopify (with B2B features) and WooCommerce can serve logged-in wholesale accounts their own pricing while the public sees retail. Whether to combine them or run two storefronts depends on how different your catalogs, tax, and branding are. We'll map that out with you before committing to an architecture.
How do net terms work without me taking on all the risk?
You can offer terms yourself and carry the receivable, or use a B2B payments/credit provider that approves buyers and pays you upfront while they carry the risk. We integrate either approach. The right one depends on your cash flow and how much credit risk you want to hold — we'll lay out the trade-offs honestly.
Do my sales reps still have a role, or does this replace them?
It usually supports them, not replaces them. A good B2B store handles the routine reorders so reps spend time on new accounts and larger deals, and features like quote requests and negotiated carts keep reps in the loop on the orders that need a human. We design the workflow around your team, not against it.
