A prettier site isn't automatically a better one
Plenty of beautiful redesigns lower conversions because they were designed to impress peers, not to help visitors act. A conversion-focused redesign starts from data — analytics, heatmaps, and where people currently drop off — and treats every design decision as a hypothesis about behavior, not a matter of taste.
- Start from analytics and real drop-off points, not opinions
- Define the specific action each page should drive
- Make the primary call-to-action obvious and repeated sensibly
- Remove distractions competing with the main action
- Reduce form fields and steps to the true minimum
- Strengthen trust signals near decision points
The mechanics that move conversion rates
Certain fundamentals reliably reduce friction: fast load times, clear value in the first screen, messaging that matches the ad or search that brought the visitor, and a path with no dead ends.
We redesign around these, then set up the tracking to prove what's actually working rather than guessing.
- Page speed — slow pages lose conversions, especially on mobile
- Message match between your ads or search terms and landing pages
- Clear, benefit-led headlines above the fold
- A logical flow with a single next step per page
- Honest social proof — only claims you can back up
- Conversion tracking and event instrumentation from day one
Measure, then keep improving
Conversion work doesn't end at launch — that's when it becomes measurable. We instrument the site so you can see which pages and messages convert, and, where you have enough traffic, structure it for ongoing A/B testing. The redesign sets a stronger baseline; the data tells you where to go next.
- Proper goal and event tracking in analytics
- A measurable baseline to improve against
- A/B testing structure where traffic volume supports it
- Regular review of what's converting and what isn't
- No guaranteed conversion-rate promises — we build on evidence
- A free consultation reviewing your current funnel and drop-offs

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee my conversion rate will go up?
No honest agency can. Conversion depends on your traffic quality, offer, pricing, and market as much as the site. What we can do is remove measurable friction, apply proven fundamentals, and instrument everything so improvement is visible and we can iterate from real data.
How is this different from a normal redesign?
A normal redesign optimizes for looks and brand; a conversion-focused one optimizes for a specific action and is judged by that metric. It starts from your analytics, defines success numerically, and continues after launch with testing. The visual quality is still there — it's just in service of the goal.
Do I need a lot of traffic for this to work?
You need enough for decisions to be more than guesswork. With lower traffic we rely more on established best practices and qualitative feedback than on statistically significant A/B tests. With higher traffic we can test aggressively. We'll set expectations based on your actual numbers.
