Frequently asked questions
I only have occasional changes — do I need a monthly plan?
No. If your site changes a few times a year, per-request updates make more sense than a recurring plan. If you find yourself needing edits most months, a plan usually works out simpler and cheaper. We'll recommend whichever actually fits your pace.
Can't I just do these edits myself?
You can, and for simple text some owners do. People hand it off to save time, to avoid breaking the layout, and because small edits are where formatting and mobile display quietly go wrong. If you'd rather own it, we're also happy to just show you how.
How fast are updates made?
Routine text and image edits are usually turned around quickly once we have the details. New pages or anything involving design take longer. We'll always give you a realistic turnaround when you send the request.
