Order Management Dashboard

A single dashboard that follows every order from placed to picked, packed, and shipped across your website, marketplaces, and phone orders, so your team stops digging through five tabs to answer "where's my order?"

One order status across every channel

When orders land in your online store, a marketplace, a POS, and email at the same time, the truth about what's shipped ends up living in several places. An order management dashboard pulls them into one queue with a shared status, so support, warehouse, and finance all read the same record.

We map each channel's own order states onto one consistent lifecycle, so a status like "packed" or "shipped" means the same thing no matter where the order came from.

  • Unified order feed from your store, marketplaces, and manual entry
  • One consistent lifecycle status every team reads the same way
  • Search and filter by customer, SKU, status, channel, or date
  • Line-item view of what's fulfilled, backordered, or refunded
  • Role-based views for support, warehouse, and finance

Built around your fulfillment workflow

A dashboard only helps if it matches how your team actually ships. We build the actions your staff take every day directly into the screen, instead of forcing a workaround in a spreadsheet or a second system.

Because it's custom, the rules are yours: how backorders behave, when a customer gets a status email, and which orders route to which location.

  • Pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels from the order view
  • Partial and split shipments with per-item tracking
  • Automatic customer status emails at the stages you choose
  • Holds and flags for fraud review, address issues, or stock gaps
  • Exportable reports for reconciliation and returns

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our current store, or connect to it?

Usually connect. Your Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace stays the place orders are actually placed. The dashboard sits on top and reads and writes through their APIs, so you keep your storefront and gain one operations view. If you don't have a source system yet, we can build the order database too.

Can it handle orders from more than one sales channel?

Yes, and that's the main reason to build one. We connect each channel through its API or a file feed, normalize the data into one format, and reconcile inventory so two channels don't oversell the same unit. Which channels and how tightly they sync is what we scope together.

How is a dashboard like this priced?

The drivers are how many channels you connect, whether inventory and shipping carriers are in scope, and how much custom workflow logic you need. There's no per-seat license from us, since you own the tool. We'll give you a scoped estimate after a free consultation.
