WhatsApp automation, done the official way
WhatsApp is where a lot of customers prefer to talk, and the WhatsApp Business Platform (the official API) lets you automate those conversations at scale — not the consumer app, which isn't built for it. Going through the official API keeps you compliant and avoids getting your number banned.
We handle the setup — Business API access through a provider, number registration, and template approval — and build the assistant that runs on top of it.
- Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, not unofficial workarounds
- Answers FAQs, order status, and account questions automatically
- Sends approved notifications: order updates, appointment reminders, shipping alerts
- Smooth handoff to a live agent when a person is needed
- Rich messages: buttons, lists, media, and quick replies
The rules that come with WhatsApp
WhatsApp has real constraints, and pretending otherwise gets accounts shut down. Business-initiated messages must use pre-approved templates and generally require opt-in, while free-form replies are allowed within a customer-service window after the user messages you. We build within those rules from the start.
- Message templates submitted for approval for proactive notifications
- Opt-in capture so you're only messaging people who agreed to it
- The 24-hour customer-service window handled correctly
- Conversation-based pricing understood and planned for
- Verified business profile setup for trust and higher limits
Connected to your business
A WhatsApp bot is most useful when it's wired into the systems that hold the answers — orders, bookings, and customer records — so it can do more than chat.
- Integration with your e-commerce, CRM, or booking system
- Order lookups and status updates pulled live from your data
- Lead capture routed to your team or CRM
- Analytics on volume, response times, and resolution
- Multilingual replies for international audiences

Frequently asked questions
Can you use my existing WhatsApp number?
Sometimes, but a number already active in the consumer WhatsApp or Business app usually can't be moved to the API without steps, and occasionally you'll want a fresh number. We'll check your situation and handle the registration either way.
Why can't the bot message customers anytime?
WhatsApp's rules protect users from spam: outside a 24-hour window after a customer messages you, you can only send pre-approved template messages, and generally only to people who opted in. We build within those rules so your account stays in good standing.
Are there WhatsApp fees beyond your build?
Yes. Meta charges per conversation through the platform, billed via your API provider, and that's separate from our development work. Those rates vary by country and message type — we'll walk you through the current structure so there are no surprises.
