From inbox pile to routed and filed
Documents arrive from everywhere: email attachments, uploads, scans, shared drives. Someone has to open each one, figure out what it is, pull the key details, and send it to the right team or system. That manual triage is slow and error-prone.
We automate it. The system ingests documents from your channels, uses OCR and AI to read them, identifies the document type, extracts the fields that matter, and routes each one to the correct destination, with a human review step where confidence is low.
- Ingestion from email, upload, scanner, or cloud storage
- OCR for scanned and image-based documents
- Automatic classification by document type
- Key-field extraction for indexing and search
- Routing to the right team, folder, or system
- Human review queue for low-confidence items
Accurate, auditable, and privacy-aware
Handling documents means handling sensitive information. We build with a clear data path, appropriate access controls, and an audit trail of what was classified and routed where, so you can trust and defend the process.
We validate extracted data against expected formats and flag anything that doesn't fit, rather than pushing bad data downstream. When the system isn't sure, it asks a person instead of guessing.
- Validation and flagging of uncertain or malformed extractions
- Audit log of classification and routing decisions
- Access controls appropriate to sensitive documents
- Handles mixed batches and multi-document files
- Improves as you correct its edge cases over time

Frequently asked questions
What document types can it handle?
Contracts, forms, applications, statements, correspondence, and more, in PDF, scanned images, or common office formats. We tune it to your specific mix. Very poor scans or unusual layouts may need a review step, and we're upfront about that.
How accurate is the classification and extraction?
Accuracy depends on document quality and consistency. Rather than quote a number we can't back up for your documents, we test on a sample of your real files and route low-confidence cases to a human so accuracy is managed, not assumed.
How is this different from just OCR?
OCR only turns images into text. We add the understanding on top: what kind of document this is, which fields matter, where it should go, and whether the result is trustworthy enough to auto-process.
