We still have options. Many tools support file imports or exports we can automate, and for older systems with no integration we can use screen-level automation that types into the interface the way a person would. We assess your specific tools first.
Will it overwrite my good data?
No. We define update rules with you up front, add validation so bad values are rejected, and route anything uncertain to an exception queue instead of writing it. Every change is logged so you can trace what happened.
How do you handle messy input like scanned documents?
We use OCR plus AI extraction to pull fields from PDFs and scans. Because that step is not perfect, low-confidence extractions are flagged for a quick human check rather than trusted blindly.
