Phone calls handled like a real conversation

A voice agent listens, understands intent, and responds in a natural voice with low enough latency to feel like a normal call. It can answer questions, take details, and complete simple tasks over the phone.

Because it runs on your knowledge and your rules, it stays on-script where it matters and off-script where it helps, without the rigid 'press 1 for…' maze customers hate.

  • Handles both inbound and outbound calls
  • Natural speech with interruption handling, not a phone tree
  • Captures caller details and reason for calling
  • Warm or cold transfer to the right human on request
  • Voicemail, callback, and after-hours handling

Built on real telephony, with honest limits

We build on established voice and telephony infrastructure (speech-to-text, a language model, text-to-speech, and a carrier layer) and connect it to your systems so calls do something useful, like booking or looking up an account.

Voice is harder than chat: accents, background noise, and crosstalk are real. We design for graceful failure so a confused call becomes a clean human handoff, never a dead end.

  • Integrates with your phone number, CRM, and scheduling
  • Fallback to a human when comprehension drops
  • Call transcripts and outcomes logged for review
  • Configurable voice, tone, and identifying itself as an assistant
  • Compliance-aware recording and consent handling

Frequently asked questions

Will callers be able to tell it's not human?

The voice is natural, but we recommend it identify itself as an automated assistant, which many jurisdictions require for calls. It can still be genuinely helpful and transfer to a person whenever the caller wants one.

What happens when it doesn't understand someone?

We design a fallback path: the agent asks to clarify, and if it still can't help, it takes a message or transfers to a human. It should never trap a frustrated caller in a loop.

Can it replace our whole call center?

Honestly, no, and we won't pitch that. It's best at high-volume, repeatable calls and after-hours coverage, freeing your team for the calls that need judgment. We'll scope which call types are a good fit.
