Booking-Enabled Landing Pages

When the next step is a call or appointment, make it bookable on the spot. We embed scheduling into landing pages so visitors pick a time and confirm without ever leaving, no email tag, no lost momentum.

Book the meeting while intent is high

The moment someone decides they want to talk to you is fragile. Sending them off to email you, or to a separate booking site, is where interest cools. Embedding the scheduler right on the page lets them lock in a time while they're still convinced.

We embed Calendly (or your scheduler of choice) inline or in a popup, so the calendar is part of the page's flow. The visitor sees your real availability, picks a slot, and gets a confirmation, all in one uninterrupted step.

  • Inline or popup Calendly embed that matches the page design
  • Live availability pulled from your real calendar
  • Prefilled fields to reduce typing and drop-off
  • Routing to the right event type (discovery call, demo, consult)
  • Automatic confirmation and calendar invite for both sides

Qualify, remind, and track

Not every booking is equal. We can add qualifying questions to the booking form so you get context before the call, and route different visitors to different meeting types or team members based on their answers.

We also make no-shows less likely and results more visible: reminders through your scheduler, and event tracking so you can see how many bookings each campaign produced, not just how many people visited.

  • Qualifying questions captured at booking
  • Round-robin or routed booking across team members
  • Reminder emails or texts to cut no-shows
  • Booking events tracked for campaign reporting
  • Works with Calendly, Acuity, Cal.com, or HubSpot Meetings

Frequently asked questions

Should the calendar be embedded or a button?

Both work; it depends on the page. An inline embed suits a page whose whole purpose is booking, since the calendar is the hero. A popup button suits a longer page where booking is the final CTA after you've made the case. We'll recommend based on your goal.

Can the booking data go into my CRM?

Yes. Schedulers like Calendly and HubSpot Meetings can push booking details into your CRM so a new meeting creates or updates a record and triggers follow-up. We'll set up that connection for your specific tools.

Do I need a paid scheduler plan?

Basic embedding works on free tiers of most schedulers. Features like routing, team round-robin, and some integrations need a paid plan. Tell us your plan in a consultation and we'll build to what it supports, or recommend the tier that gets you what you need.
