Online Stores & E-Commerce for Real Estate & Property Management

EVOTECH builds online stores & e-commerce for real estate & property management — shaped around this industry's real priorities, designed and built by a Houston team, and yours to keep.

Sell online with a real store — real product pages, real card checkout, real order tracking — built on the same Stripe-powered setup that runs the store on this very site.

The proof is on this site

The website you're reading has a working online store with live Stripe checkout — designed and built in-house, not bolted on from a template. When we say we can build your store, you can go look at ours first.

It's wired into a customer CRM, so orders and shoppers stay organized instead of scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.

  • Real Stripe checkout, already live and working on our own site
  • Built on Next.js and React, not a rented template you'll outgrow
  • Connected to a customer CRM so orders and customers stay organized
  • Yours to own and expand — add products, categories, and pages anytime

online stores & e-commerce gaps we fix for real estate & property management

Real estate and property management live or die on current listings and fast follow-up. A buyer or renter browsing on a phone expects to search real inventory, filter it, and see accurate photos and details — which means the site has to pull live from the MLS/IDX or your vacancy list, not a page someone updates by hand. When listings are stale or the search is clunky, people leave for the big portals and you lose both the lead and the data that came with it.

  • Listings that don't sync with the MLS/IDX or vacancy list and quickly go stale
  • Losing leads to slow follow-up while buyers and renters move on to the next agent
  • No online rental application or rent payment — everything still runs on paper and phone calls
  • No tenant maintenance-request channel or owner reporting portal, so the office fields every call
  • Over-reliance on Zillow and Realtor.com with no owned lead channel of your own
  • A slow, non-mobile site when nearly all property browsing happens on a phone

Frequently asked questions

If I already list on Zillow and the MLS, do I still need my own website?

The portals are great for exposure, but every lead you get there is shared or sold, the customer data stays with them, and you appear alongside other agents on your own listing. Your own site is the one channel you fully control — it can capture leads directly, host neighborhood and community pages that rank in local search, and, for property management, run applications, rent payment, and tenant portals the portals don't offer. Think of the portals as rented reach and your site as owned infrastructure; most businesses need both.

Which payment processor do you use?

We build with Stripe by default — it's secure, widely trusted, and already running the store on this site. If you have a strong reason to use something else, we'll talk it through in your consultation and choose what fits your business.

How much does an online store cost?

It depends mostly on catalog size and features — a few products with simple checkout is a smaller build than a large catalog with variants, shipping rules, and subscriptions. We'll scope it with you and quote it clearly up front, so there are no surprises once you're selling.
