One place for numbers that currently live in five tools
Most teams already have the data. It is just trapped in a CRM, an accounting package, a spreadsheet someone updates by hand, and a payment processor that nobody logs into. A custom dashboard connects those sources and presents them as one picture that refreshes on its own.
We start by asking what decisions you actually make each week, then design the views backward from those decisions. That keeps the dashboard from becoming another wall of charts nobody reads.
- Connectors to the systems you already run (CRM, QuickBooks/Xero, Stripe, ad platforms, databases, spreadsheets)
- Scheduled data pulls so numbers are current without manual exports
- Role-aware views so a manager, a rep, and an owner each see what is relevant to them
- Drill-down from a summary tile to the underlying records behind it
- Alerts when a metric crosses a threshold you set
Built for your definitions, not a template's
Off-the-shelf dashboards force your business into their idea of a metric. Custom work does the opposite: your definition of an active customer, a qualified lead, or gross margin is coded exactly the way you calculate it.
That matters most when the same word means different things across departments. We document each metric's formula and source so the number on the screen is defensible when someone asks where it came from.
- Metric definitions written down and matched to their data source
- Custom calculated fields, cohorts, and period-over-period comparisons
- Export to PDF or scheduled email for board and client reporting
- Historical snapshots so you can compare against past states, not just live data
- Mobile-friendly layouts for checking numbers away from a desk

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a data warehouse first, or can you work with what I have?
For many small and mid-sized businesses we connect directly to your existing tools and build from there. A separate data warehouse becomes worth it once you have many sources or large history to combine; we will tell you honestly which path fits your volume rather than selling you infrastructure you do not need yet.
Can the dashboard update in real time?
It depends on the source. Some systems support near-real-time updates; others only allow periodic pulls. We will set refresh intervals to what each source actually permits and make the last-updated time visible so you are never guessing how fresh a number is.
What does a reporting dashboard cost?
Price is driven mainly by how many data sources you connect, how messy that data is, and how many distinct views and user roles you need. We scope it in a free consultation and give you a fixed range before any work starts.
