Google Search Console Audit

Your Google Search Console account already holds Google's own data about how it sees your site. We mine it to surface indexing gaps, coverage errors, and query performance problems you can act on.

Indexing and coverage: what Google is and isn't keeping

Search Console is the closest thing to a direct line from Google about your site, and most owners barely scratch it. The coverage and indexing reports show exactly which pages are indexed, which are excluded, and why, information you can't get anywhere else.

We go through it systematically to find pages that should rank but aren't indexed, and pages being indexed that shouldn't be, both of which quietly drag on performance.

  • Valid versus excluded pages, and the specific reason Google gives for each exclusion
  • Important pages missing from the index that should be there
  • Low-value or duplicate URLs being indexed and diluting your site
  • Crawl and 'discovered but not indexed' issues that signal quality or crawl-budget problems
  • Sitemap submission status and mismatches between submitted and indexed URLs
  • Enhancement and structured-data errors reported directly by Google

Query performance: the opportunities hiding in your own data

The performance report shows the actual searches bringing people to your site, or almost bringing them. This is where the fastest wins usually live: pages ranking on page two that a small push could lift, and high-impression pages with low click-through that need a better title.

We turn that data into a prioritized list of concrete opportunities rather than leaving you to stare at a spreadsheet.

  • Queries ranking just below the first page, your fastest-win candidates
  • High-impression, low-click pages that need stronger titles and descriptions
  • Queries you rank for but haven't intentionally targeted, revealing new content angles
  • Pages that lost rankings or clicks over time, flagged for investigation
  • Mobile versus desktop performance gaps in the same data
  • A ranked opportunity list tied to specific pages and next actions

Frequently asked questions

I already have Search Console open. Why do I need someone to audit it?

Having the data and knowing what it's telling you are different things. Search Console is dense, and its reports reward someone who knows which exclusion reasons matter, how to spot page-two opportunities, and how to connect coverage issues to lost traffic. The audit turns the raw reports into a prioritized action list.

What access do you need, and is it safe?

We need read access to your Search Console property, which you grant and can revoke at any time from your own Google account. We never need your password. We'll walk you through granting the right level of access during setup, and you stay in full control the whole time.

What if my site is too new to have much data?

Then Search Console tells us something important on its own, whether the site is being indexed and discovered at all, which is exactly what a new site needs to confirm. There'll be less query data to mine, but the indexing and coverage insights are often the most valuable findings for a young site anyway.
