Before anything about keywords or content, there's a binary question: is your site in Google's index at all? A page that isn't indexed cannot rank for anything, full stop. This is where we always start, because it's both the most common cause of zero visibility and the easiest to overlook.
A surprising number of 'we don't rank' problems are actually 'we're accidentally blocking Google' problems, a stray noindex tag, a robots.txt disallow, or a site so new it hasn't been crawled yet.
