Is it cheaper to fix my old app or rebuild it?
It depends entirely on the state of the code. Sometimes a focused refactor is far cheaper and gets you another few good years. Sometimes the framework is dead or the code is so tangled that a rebuild is actually the cheaper path over time. We review the actual code before telling you which, rather than guessing.
Will my users have to download a new app and lose their data?
In most cases, no. We aim to update in place using your existing store listing and migrate accounts and data so users keep their history. If a fresh listing is unavoidable for technical reasons, we plan the migration so it is as smooth as possible.
The developer who built it is gone. Can you still help?
